We study occupant comfort and health as well as energy efficient HVAC options, by performing accurate predictions of building space temperatures based upon the building shell, orientation and local weather data.

Interior illuminance calculations, glare simulation and control as well as continuous dimming of lights can be addressed. Optimal use of natural light can therefore be realized.

Acoustic comfort is accomplished by using appropriate building materials and techniques. Our extensive data base can be utilized during design and construction to ensure sound building standards.

We have developed sophisticated diagnostics software for solving acoustics problems in buildings. Large numbers of tests can be performed in a relatively short time and remedial work can be qualified according to ISO/SANS standards.
