REFUNDS: By registering for a programme you agree to the following and in all cases understand that:

No refunds will be granted after the course has begun on Day 1.
No refund will be granted to a participant who cancels later than two business days prior to the start of the course.
In the event of sickness or injury, refunds must be requested in writing to Greenplan Consultants.
Greenplan Consultants reserves the right to handle a request on a case-by-case basis.
Upon registration an invoice will be sent to the participant for payment.
Fee payment must be received at least two business days prior to the start of the course.
Attendees acknowledge that they are providing their personal details to Greenplan, for administration of the training course and issuing of certificates. Greenplan will take reasonable steps to protect attendees’ privacy. You give your permission for us to share your details with DesignBuilder UK. If you fail to pay us timeously, you also give permission for us to share your details with our debt collector.
