REFUNDS: By registering for a programme you agree to the following and in all cases understand that:

No refund will be granted to a participant who cancels later than 10 calendar days prior to the start of the course.
Fee payment must be received at least 10 calendar days prior to the start of the course.
In the event of unexpected sickness or injury that prevents the attendee from coming to the course, refunds must be requested in writing to Greenplan Consultants.
Greenplan Consultants reserves the right to handle a request on a case-by-case basis.
Upon registration an invoice will be sent to the participant for payment.
Should a module be cancelled, Greenplan shall refund payment for the cancelled module in full.
Attendees acknowledge that they are providing their personal details to Greenplan, for administration of the training course and issuing of certificates. Greenplan will take reasonable steps to protect attendees’ privacy. You give your permission for us to share your details with DesignBuilder UK. If you fail to pay us timeously, you also give permission for us to share your details with our debt collector.
